Sen. James Inhofe To File Official English Amendment To Budget Resolution

Sen. James Inhofe (R-OK) will be filing an official English amendment to the Democrats’ budget resolution.

The purpose of Sen. Inhofe’s official English amendment is to “establish a deficit-neutral reserve fund relating to legislation declaring English as the official language of the United States.”

Sen. Inhofe’s official English amendment will be a part of the setting forth of the congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 2022 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2023 through 2031.
