ProEnglish at the 2016 RNC Convention in Cleveland, OH

ProEnglish Executive Director Sam Pimm will be in Cleveland, Ohio, for the duration of the 2016 RNC convention.  Pimm will have a busy schedule meeting with states delegates, media, and convention officials.

2016 has shaped up to be a defining year for ProEnglish. In June, the Board of Directors announced Pimm joining ProEnglish as our new Executive Director.

Under Pimm’s leadership, ProEnglish has actively engaged in English language issues across the country and has worked tirelessly to promote the English Language Unity Act (H.R. 997) in Congress, which now has 90 cosponsors plus Rep. Steve King for a total of 91 supporters of the bill.
