Sen. Roger Marshall Cosponsors English Language Unity Act
Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) has cosponsored the English Language Unity Act (S.1109) in the United States Senate.
The passage of official English legislation in Congress will save Americans billions of dollars every year in current, government-mandated translation and interpretation costs, and it also will encourage cultural and linguistic integration by new arrivals to our nation.
ProEnglish also is working with Sen. Marshall and with main sponsor Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) to try to include the English Language Unity Act as part of a larger budget or immigration bill.
