Rep. Buddy Carter Becomes Cosponsor of Official English In Congress

ProEnglish would like to thank Rep. Buddy Carter ( GA-1) for cosponsoring the English Language Unity Act (H.R. 997).

H.R. 997 now has 90 cosponsors plus Rep. Steve King for a total of 91 supporters of the bill.

If enacted, the English Language Unity Act would make English the official language of the Federal Government. Congressman Steve King was the original sponsor of the bill.
