U.S. Rep. Mike Collins Becomes 19th Cosponsor of H.R. 1772

More great news for Official English in government operations! U.S. Rep. Mike Collins (R-GA-10) has signed on as the 19th cosponsor of H.R. 1772, a bill that codifies Official English in government.

We’ve been supporting this legislation since its introduction by Rep. Robert Aderholt in March 2025, and are diligently working to get as many cosponsors for this critical piece of legislation as we possibly can.

As our Rasmussen poll shows, Official English enjoys widespread support from Americans and could potentially save billions of dollars in costly translation and interpretation services every year. Importantly, it also fosters civic unity and encourages assimilation for new arrivals into our country.
