WATCH: Sen. Jim Banks Highlights Why We Need to Reform Trucking Laws

During a recent Fox News appearance, Sen. Jim Banks (R-IN) highlighted why we need to reform trucking laws to ensure illegal aliens cannot obtain commercial drivers licenses.

During the appearance Sen. Banks also mentioned Dalilah’s Law, legislation that would prohibit illegal aliens and non-citizens from obtaining Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDLs).

Dalilah’s Law was discussed by President Trump at the 2026 State of the Union, where he also cited concerns about the lack of English fluency among illegal alien drivers operating on American roads.
