Text (H.B. 4406): A bill to designate an official language of this state. Sec. 1. (1) The English language is designated as the official language of this state. (2) Except as otherwise provided by law, a state agency is not required to provide documents, publish written materials, or provide website content in any language other than the official language of this state.
