In the following video, proEnglish Advisory Board member Eddie Garcia testifies before the Tennessee House of Representatives Transportation Public Safety Subcommittee in favor of a bill requiring driver's license tests to be in English. March 9, 2010.     Tim James, a Republican running for Governor, has released a new ad called "Language" that addresses James' platform point of making Alabama's drivers license test available exclusively English. In the ad, James says "This is Alabama. We speak English. If you want to live here, learn it." The current drivers test is available in 12 different languages.
